Mamma Bizz was created from my own healing journey — a journey of learning how to reconnect to my body, trust its wisdom, and nourish myself naturally.

As a young girl, I experienced painful cycles and was later diagnosed with endometriosis. After years of feeling disconnected from my body and relying on medications, I began searching for a more holistic path to healing. Through herbs, nourishment, bodywork, nervous system support, and deeper self-care practices, I slowly transformed my health and reclaimed balance within my body.

That journey became the foundation of Mamma Bizz.

Today, Mamma Bizz is a holistic wellness sanctuary for women seeking softness, healing, nourishment, and deeper connection with themselves. Through herbal wellness, feminine embodiment practices, bodywork, coaching, retreats, and community, I support women in returning home to their bodies and creating lives rooted in balance and intention.

Women who work with me often come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or burnt out from constantly caring for everyone else. Together, we create space for restoration, emotional healing, nervous system support, feminine nourishment, and sustainable wellness practices that feel grounding and attainable.

As a licensed massage therapist since 2002, herbalist, wellness educator, and women’s empowerment coach, my work blends holistic healing with compassionate support and lived experience.

My hope is that every woman who enters this space feels seen, supported, empowered, and reminded that healing does not have to happen through force — it can happen gently.
