Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful. Over the past few years she has helped me with stress
management, TMJ, a shoulder sprain, as well as prenatal and postpartum massages. 1000%
recommend. She is so kind and a wealth of knowledge. She’d listen when I’d talk about problem
areas in my body and, in addition to massage therapy, she’d teach me stretches and different
movements to help that area between appointments. She’d also teach me how different parts of my
body were connected, which helped me identify how to prevent further issues. The actual massages
are straight luxury. Even when working out problem areas, the massage was still great and I could
always tell how much my body needed it. I cannot recommend her enough.

I came to Mamma Bizz as I was transitioning into my Wise Woman Phase
(menopause). We first started with the coaching sessions and then it moved into the
body work and womb massage. Then I attended her workshops and classes on herbs
and began to understand that taking care of myself was more than just one thing. She
has taught me to love and appreciate my body and to connect with it more by
nourishing it with body work, education and nutrition with plants/herbs. Thank you

She has helped me with a very bad complication from a surgery with her healing
massages. She does amazing pregnancy massage as well. Her herbal classes and herbal
teas are the cherry on top! Oh not to mention her very informative classes on all
